I used a pair of right angle brackets bolted together for strength and cut off the excess screw and peened the end so it will not loosen up.
The holes for the emission canister is threaded. Use a bolt and washer of the correct size and pitch with some blue LOCKTITE and you are set. Mine is on my Rocker and it works great and is strong. GOT MINE AT ACE HARDWARE FOR ABOUT 3 BUCKS.
