new guy with new audio
hey guys first off im new here i have a 2014 flhx charcoal pearl ive had since last october. this winter i upgraded to stage 2 fairing and saddle bag speakers with a amp in fairing and a amp in saddlebag. yesterday i was checking for codes and found i have a u0185 under the radio section. i searched around for the code meaning and it says it means lost communication with amp one. does anyone have any insight on this? is this normal since i changed so much from the factory system? or does it have to go back to the dealer? thanks guys

U0185 Lost Communication With Antenna Control Module.. I dnt jack about the new radios but a quick search turned this up.. Maybe ur mistaken about the code or the description of it

no issues yet the only weird thing i noticed is one. the code i spoke about and two when u turn the igniton on a weird boop boop noise comes out of the speAkers twice.

I know this is old but did you ever figure this out. I am getting the weird "boop boop" noise also, now I have no sound and the U0185 error code shows up when I look at DTC's?
