No gain settings on the bt amp but u can adjust the pac-sni 35 converter i believe...what bin file did u get i had mine flashed this morning also i got 128_off bin. I have no bass or treble control. The bars move but they dont do anything. I had it flashed for option 2 and 2 speakers. It does not distort but it is way quieter so i need to go in and adjust my gains. I have pretty much no bass and it sucks i cannot adjust it especially since i has the bass turn all the way down before i had it flashed so i wonder if it is still all the way down and now its stuck there. I also did the pre cal reset and that didnt help
I guess I am at a loss where to find the .bin file and how to adjust it.
My bass was up almost all the way when it was flashed, and there is little to now bass now.
Yea, the RCA "Adapters" that I got for front and rear on mine have gain adjust on them. I've not messed with it yet,, I may just a little this weekend. (have to take the fairing off to get to them,,) no biggie.

WE can't adjust the Bin file (Binary file) but to see what you have, while the run switch is in the run position, hold mute button and turn on ignition. (Wait for radio to "Load" then the music should go off, hit accept, then hit EQ when you see the diagnostic page, (DTC's is another choice on there) When you get to EQ. You can touch the " i " in the center of the arrow up and down on right side. This is your current bin file. Again, we can't change it,,
So, Blues Guy, you have 4 speakers, fade, bass and treble and you have not been flashed yet? Did you have rear speakers already?
Yes, stock set-up on a 2014 FLHTCU with the 4.3. I just returned from a 5 hour run, with HD head unit adjustments flat on treble and bass IMHO still way too much treble/midrange and not enough bass. Slide the fader towards the rear Kickers and quickly distorts. As I said, still a vast improvement but could be better (I think).
Called my dealer's service dept and asked if they could squeeze in flashing the unit - I'm 2 hours away - "Oh heck no, 10 day backlog...." Think I'm just going to ride for a while and let the speakers break in.
I know John and bill have been jointly looking for a solution. I kinda thought it may be specific to his equipment. It's a bit pricey, but if it works i may consider it.

I hear ya man. It's starting to look like the only people who are going to have the resources to fix the issue is Harley Davidson. Problem is. . . I'm not sure they want to.
That's fantastic if John and Bill are working together. I had not heard that.
