Let me start out by saying I have read and re-read for hours on this forum and I know this subject has been beat to death but I have not seen this problem talked about yet, I have a 2015 SGS with Boom 6.5, I installed Rockford Fosgate T400X4AD amp And 2 T1650 speakers in the fairing, I went to dealer to flash per Biketronics and Rockford instructions both are the same, the first time I went in to HD the digital technician laptop did not have an option to turn off or on the amps 1 and 2, I have since updated to 1.19.1 and went back to HD saturday and after reading this forum was able to work with the technician when he hooked up, there are still no options to turn amps on or off, amps do not show up under any tab??, before I did the update I had fader after the flash even tho I don't have rear speakers yet, after the update I had to run a remote wire from the amp cuz it would not power up and now I still have fader showing but will not adjust, I am about ready to take a match to the whole thing.

** 2014-2016 Flash update *** As you are all ware there are multiple issues with flash and options of using flash or magic box. Every time someone finds a work around HD is deleting that flash from their system. I have spoken with multiple HD techs from around the US confirming these are gone.
We have been using No amp and 4 speaker flash with great success on all bikes. Until this last week on a 15 RG. That flash would not work on it for some odd reason, nor did the magic box that I had overnighted to us. Both were a major failure and a big let down.
I have 3 other bikes in the shop now that this flash worked flawlessly on. This one bike just did not like it at all. Multiple trips to the dealer and multiple attempts and nothing. Late yesterday we had a No amp 2 speaker flash done. This morning came in and tuned it a BAM!
So if you go for a flash I would suggest the 4 speaker no amp option first. If that does not work and you can not set the volume on the radio to 4 clicks from max and have a clean sound, when amp is properly tuned, I would suggest a reflash to the No amp 2 speaker and try that one.
If you have your bike flashed and it's working fine don't go changing anything at all!
