Hey guys. After doing a decent amount of research, I just can't come to the answers I'm looking for. I have a 2007 ultra classic. And I'm guessing it's all stock, it actually doesn't sound to bad. But I'd like it to be a little louder and more crisp when I turn it up. Looking to keep the total install under or around 500$. I plan on doing the install, so that'll definitely save money. What do you guys recommend for a complete setup?
Thanks in advance,
Jared

You may want to start by taking the fairing off and seeing what you have under there and let us know.

For $500 bucks your best bang for the buck is going to be a set of infinity 62.11i speakers with a Cerwin vega B52 amp. Simple and effective if your just looking for it to be crisp and loud.
I think this two speaker 180 watt RMS plug-n-play amp complete KIT from J&M will give you significantly better overall volume and clarity on the highway compared to the stock system. http://www.jmcorp.com/ProductDetail....AK-HC06-1802SP
And with the J&M/HD Forums VIP discount code you will be well under $500, with free ground shipping to the lower 48 states.

Either way, I respectfully agree with the recommendation by Gannicus.......B2 + Cerwin Combo is significantly louder, and cost less. There's a vid floating around let me see if I can find it.

Reason: Saying sponsors aren't allowed to advertise when they are
Andy, based on what you stated in the other thread, I thought you were here to assist with customer service issues regarding your product. Not advertise in threads. .
Dragginframe needs a 4 speaker setup guys. It's for an Ultra.
I'm thinking Kappas up front, Kickers in the rear pods, and several amps to choose from. SS pn4.520, SS pn4.1000 to name a few.

Fellow audio addicts.... THIS HAS BEEN REPORTED TO IB!!!!
It's the same old, same old. J&M CANNOT stop/does not understand the rules here on the forum.
There's a Vendor forum on here, for a reason...
Some of you need to read the Sponsor rules. They are allowed to comment in a thread that is discussing products they sell.
Vendor posting rules:
Posting rules:
Vendors ARE PERMITTED to post in any existing thread in any section on the forum. Whether the thread/section relates to your product or not, you are encouraged to post, you may only post solicitations in relevant threads however (i.e. where someone is asking about brake pads, you can discuss the brake pads you carry). You can comment about a big sporting event last night in Off Topic or answer a question relating to your product in technical sections… contribute to other pre-existing threads on the site.
Vendors ARE NOT PERMITTED to START advertising threads in any section not intended explicitly for advertising. The forum provides a vendor posting section in which you may start new threads about your products and you can use posts in existing threads and your signature to link to your threads in the vendor section.
Vendors ARE PERMITTED to start new threads in technical sections, but they MUST be technical oriented in nature and not direct solicitations.
An example of a few titles that are acceptable threads in tech sections:
a. How to install new brake pads.
b. How to change your oil
c. How to install new exhaust
An example of a few titles that are not acceptable threads in tech sections:
a. Hawk brake pads now on sale at stuffforsale.com
b. Come check out our sale prices on oil
c. New exhaust systems in stock!
