My scoot has the junk boom in it now with rear speakers in the bags. Would I need the dealer to reflash the radio or am I good? I think it's flashed with 4 speakers with amp now. What would it need to be

Yes, you will want to have it flashed back to stock, and have the rear output and fade enabled, and NO AMP. So the radio is then setup like a stock, no amp, Ultra. Then purchase a Biketronics Line Leveler for each pair of speakers.
