I have one of these, its about three years old (one yr. of riding as I live in the midwest and don't ride all yr. due to weather) Have a problem with the unit reading my USB drives. They were working just find and all of a sudden I am getting a "error--04". looked in the manual and it said to unplug the USB and replug it in. Same error. tried other USB's and new USB's, the same thing. The USB's do work with my computer. Sent ASA Electronics an e-mail which they haven't responded to. Don't think from other posts that they are going to offer any help as its out of warranty. For the Price you would think they would at least offer advice.
My suggestion, look at any other stereo but the Jensen HD1BT.
