Does anyone have any feeeback on the JL M800.8v2 amp? It is an 8 channel marine amp that can be bridged to 4 channels at 200 watts per channel. It is just under 15" in length and 7" wide x 2" tall would that fit in a Rushmore fairing? Thanks for your help.

Not a chance in hell that it will fit a Rushmore on the tray.

As T pointed out the M800.8 will not fit in the fairing. If you are looking to only add two speakers there are several 2 and 4 channel amp choices out there that will produce 200w/channel for less $$$ and that will fit in the fairing. So we can help you better what exactly are you trying to achieve.
How many speakers are you planing on, and there locations?
Do you have any particular type of speakers in mind?
What is the current radio installed?
What type of music do you listen to?
Do you plan on doing the install yourself?
And what is the budget?
