Will and newer radio with CD fit in a older bike(1998)? Plug and play???

Most aftermarket single din radios will fit in the bikes with a hand control module and mounting kit. However as Tailwind said without knowing what brand of radio your asking about we cant tell you if it will work or not.

Short Answer is Yes.

I've installed the Kenwood and Sony radios in a 98 Ultra. As BAB stated it's got to be the RIGHT radio. . lol

Ok what I was asking is will a say 09 Ultra stock radio with CD plug and play in 98 Ultra?

Thanks for the clarification. Been a while since I worked on a 98 but if I remember correctly it the same harness but different radio. The 98's were made by radio sounds. 06 and up is Harmon Kardon. Call iron cross audio to verify.
