Default Using Bluetooth & WiFI Simultaneously

Hello group, newbie on here. Was looking around, but found nothing similar to my issue, so here goes...

What I have...

2014 Harley Street Glide w/ Smaller, 4.5" Infotainment System (Non GPS)
Galaxy S7 running Nougat
GoPro 3+ Black

I use my S7 for GPS, since I have the smaller, 4.5" system without GPS, as well as music, through Bluetooth to the media portion of the Harley stereo. Works good with paid Pandora subscription. GPS comes through clear, no problem.

Enter GoPro 3+, which uses WiFi through the phone to control it. When WiFi connected to Camera, Bluetooth only will play one song, then freeze up. Turn off WiFI, Bluetooth streams normally.

I dont want o carry a separate device to control the camera, and have to hook up something else to hold said separate device.

Anyone have a simple solution I may be overlooking?

It is frustrating me to no end. Is it a S7 issue? I have posted in an Android thread too.

What do other guys use that use a camera too?

Well, anyway, thats where I am at.

Thanks,
John

To me it sounds like a weaker 3G or less problem or the S7 doesn't like running Pandora, GPS, and the Camera all at the same time.

Well, I agree, for when I can have a lost day, thats what I do do! I need camera & GPS for business purposes, so its kinda important.

Yep, think I'll have to figger out the S7 deal. Never wanted that phone anyway, wanted the Note.

Anyone know of a phone that can handle what I need it to do?

Thanks guys.

So the S7 is controlling the GoPro via wi-fi. How is that being accomplished? Is the S7 providing a hotspot that the GoPro connects to, or is it the GoPro providing the Wi-Fi signal that the S7 connects to? When the S7 is connected to the GoPro via wi-fi and Bluetooth stops playing after one song - is bluetooth itself still connected between the phone and the radio?

You may have an firmware issue and isn't allowing the wifi / blutooth to operate at the same time continuously::
