they drop in but those speakers won't play as loud as you need them too.
Yeah I agree with Alex. Long ago in my earlier days testing speakers I tried those in the rear pods and took em out 5 minutes later. Now anything is better than stock but you might want to take a look at the new Polks in that location.
Ok guys, I got my equipment in today! Fixing to start my install. I'll be installing the CV B52 amp, Biketronics BT355-m2 line leveler, and a pair of Hertzs 6.5's. Once again, thanks for all the help!

Well I got everything installed, and now I could use all the sound gurus help tuning. Where do I need to set the BT355 LL gains. Do I need the CV B52 set on HP, FLAT, or LP? I set the gain on the amp at about 12 o'clock at 3/4 volume it is loud, but I have little to no lows/bass. Which I understand I'm not going to blow out windows with bass but I figured I'd have a little more than I do. Any advice on tuning would be greatly appreciated.
Did you set amp gains according to speaker specs and DMM from the sticky at the top of the forum called Gain Setting? If not, check that thread. If you did and you have your top end mark, the rest is just tuned by ear.
Crossover should be set to HP and the dial needs to be at 80Hz wherever that imaginary line happens to be on that particular amp. Do not mess with the line leveler settings unless you really want to throw that thing out of whack.
Ok, I got the tone downloaded to a USB drive, can someone direct me to the chart he is referring to. Do I need to disconnect my speakers or test them while they're still connected.
According to the chart, and my CV B52 owners man, I'm 200w@ 4ohms which if I'm reading it right, I should be at 28.3vac on my multimeter. 1khz test tone@13 clicks on the vol, motor running, amp on HP, and htz set on 80. I have to turn the amp gain ALL the way up and only reach 26+/- vac. What am I doing wrong or am I not understanding the procedure?

Why would you want to set an amp that's rated at 200 watts @ 4ohms to its max? Your leaving yourself no headroom on your amp. Set it at 150 watts and leave your amp some breathing room.
