So HD has finally moved into the 20th century 
The new BT setup requires a software change. Anyone know if this will overwrite the "flash" in the head unit? I have the old unobtanium flash & don't want to lose it.

I don't believe you have to change the speaker/amp flash.
You do have to have the module install programmed, like adding a cb. It should just turn on that port. I also believe they want the newest update on the radio also.
