Default Parallel Connections on BT-2180.14

Likely a dumb question, but I've talked to Mike at BT a couple of times and just cannot get it clear enough to get done what I'm trying to do.
15 RGS with the BT kit (2180, speakers, and line leveler). The 2180 has female connections on the back to be able to hook another set of speakers up in parallel. Its got some weird kind of connection that I'm unfamiliar with. I cannot figure out how to get the wires to connect to the amp. I put the wire into the amp, and there is no way that I can see to secure it in the amp. There is a white plastic square thing above the hole for the wire, but I cant figure out what part it plays, if any, in the connection. You can look at the two speaker connections beside them that came with the wires already in them from BT, but you cant see how they are secured. Ive tried every length of wire from 1inch to 1/4 of an inch. Mike told me that the naked wire that goes into the amp should be 3/8 of an inch.
So....how do you do this? Probably something simple that I'm missing.

Take a pick or small screwdriver and push in on the white tabs and insert wire while holding it pushed in. When you've got the speaker wire where you want it, let the tab back out. Those tiny holes are rough on old eyes.

Yup, as SB states. Get a strong paper clip and bend it so u have a 45 degree angle to work with allowing u to see the speaker output connection. U will also need a forehead flashlight and magnifying glasses!!!!!! Use the clip to press in on the white tap which physically opens a little garage door in the hole. Slide 16 AWG wire in the hole and then close the garage door on the wire. Done.
