BOOM! Bluetooth "reading" issue
When mine acts up a restart of the bike (full 30+sec so boom goes through full start up) usually clears it up. Unfortunately by the time i figure out it’s jacked I’m usually rolling. I have tried deleting phone, resets, you name it and it still comes back wth no apparent cause..
Since it appears to be phone agnostic that would definitely point at the high quality boom software .... they are other threads about the “reading” . I haven’t seen any fixes.
if anyone has one I’d love to know it too

I might hook up my old phone to the Bluetooth and see if that phone does it or not.
Welllll.....
The old phone worked just fine after I added that and deleted the new phone. No issues from the old phone so I hooked the new phone back up and it worked fine. Unpaired the old phone....new phone still worked. I turned the bike off and tried it again....issue came back.
Added the old phone again....worked fine. New phone continued with the issue.
I'm lost.
Keep in mind....the new phone is 3-4 months old and didn't have an update anytime recently.
So confused. Maybe I'll just put all my music on the old phone and use it as a MP3 player or sorts.

And as soon as they come out with a new system, they'll perfect this one!
Galaxy 8 plus, some days it dispays fine, some days not at all.
some days it starts out fine but then into a couple of songs just starts the "reading unknown artist" pattern.

Technology is such a pain in the *** sometimes.
Well, I solved the issue...
For whatever reason, the problem only persists when I don't have "downloaded songs only" selected in Google Music.
When "Downloaded songs only" is selected....no issues at all.
Who knew.......
