Is the gain just barley off the minimum or is it all the 3/4 around? If it is just barley off the minimum, that is like mine. I did not have to go very far with that ****.
Thanks for the pictures!

Well, was able to get it back together and go for a ride today... half way volume is all I can handle in terms of loudness, I clicked it up to 3/4 volume and this is way more than I will ever use,, thanks again to TravelingGypsy for his knowledge, guidance and tuning skillz :-)
I could not be happier with the sound quality,,, this spring I will consider the Bag Speakers if htis will ge me more mid and lows.. but honestly if I never added anything I am still in love with the BT 355, MMats speakers and amplifier system

My bad brother,,, it is @ 3/4 , I did not mess with the dial, but today I did and realized that it is indeed 3/4
The hpf (on the end) is app. 3/4 on the dial. That is backed off a tad from default. The gains (on the top) are a tad more than default. The gains on the amp are just off the base. I figure the hpf is around 80 now on the filter and the gains are 20% more than default. Those speakers are loud as hell with virtually no gains up on the amp. That is good as the lower the gains on the amp, the less heat it will produce and the less heat the more efficient it will be. That fairing only setup is loud and clear.

Thanks TG. thats pretty much exactly what I have for a tune. Only difference is I am running full pass on the amp and the HPF is set on the Sony 5000 at 80. I thought I was leaving some power on the table because I initially set the gains with a DMM and test tone for 110v but once I started playing music I had to bring the gains way back down to get rid of distortion. Dont get me wrong the 4110 and 4 PA601CXs are loud as hell and sound great, it just felt odd for the DMM and my ear to be so far off.
