Quick reply

2-Bt355 line levelers with their Breakout harness
Either Arc Moto 600.4 or Stinger 700 amp
Either Hertz HCX or Arc Moto 602 front speakers
What are the 2nd set, lowers, lids or tour pack?

With a SGS I don't think you will need a breakout harness. Just the front line leveler if no fade and a rear line leveler only if fade is in play. For fade you will need to have the HU flashed and I will suggest 0amp/4 channel flash (ultra flash) to incorporate the fade control. If you go to a HD dealer for the flash, be sure to tell them you are adding a tour pack and NO AFTERMARKET components.

For the 2nd set of speakers, I prefer the look of bag lids over lowers?? Recommendations for that as well as any adapters or wiring that was mentioned in the 2 post? Thanks

There are different thoughts to either lids or lowers. Lowers will provide you more sound as they are in front of you. Lids will provide that "bubble" of sound that surrounds you and provide more low end with 6x9's. Keep in mind at speed (70+) those lows from the rear wont be heard and depending on what 6x9's in the lids and amp, they will be hard to hear also. For 1 up riders, lowers are a better choice, for 2 up, lids provide better hearing for the passenger.

If you go with lids, the RF rear speaker kit is hard to beat for fit and finish as it comes with all the wiring needed and no painting is required. By the time you buy aftermarket lids and have them painted, you will be spending more $$. The ideal setup for lids are aftermarket lids for 8" speakers but some don't like the look of them. Lots of choices out there.

I ride 2 up more times then not, so I'm sold on the RF rear kit. Thanks. Next question, flash or processor or both to get the most out of the unit? I have the RF Tkit sitting in a box, and seriously considering returning it and piecing together the Arc moto and Hertx combo? I've read that guys are either a BIG RF fan or totally don't like their setup at all. I've heard other setups, but not the total RF from front to back.

If you have the RF kit already, use it as that kit makes an install easy and the tm400x4ad is a damn good amp. I personally will take the tm400 amp over an arc any day as the tm400 is easier to tune and has a better sq than the arc. The only thing that kit lacks in is the tms65 speakers. They can be a bit harsh on the high frequencies but at speed that harshness goes away some. The nice thing about those speakers is they drop right in the pods without any mods needed. As stated before, if you want fade control then you will need to take the bike to your HD dealer and have it flashed for and ultra. 0amp/4speakers. That flash provides the best SQ from a boom HU. Trust me as I have paid for several different flashes on my boom and the ultra flash is the best for SQ. If you don't need the ability to fade from front to rear then no flash is needed. You will need a bt355 line leveler for the front though.

I didn't realize you already owned a Tm400 amp. With that amp i'd have to rethink my fairing speaker choices. The Arc 602's really need 150+ on watts. I've also never heard the hcx with only a 100w feeding them.
