Spent the past couple weeks tinkering on this when it wasn't too cold. Garage has heat but when it is sub-zero outside even that doesn't keep up.
Tore everything down. Found broken brackets (all but one), one mount point broken on inner fairing. Cost of build just went up a few hundred bucks more.
Ordered the Alloy Art brackets, got everything installed. Got amp set where I want it. Figured out my steering controls. Finally decided on my phone mount (waiting on parts). Soon I will have it back together and will be waiting for all this damn snow to melt.
