So I have a brand new set of PRV 6mr500-ndy-4 that I've never put to use. Buddy with a 2014 SG was talking about taking them. Trying to figure out a tweeter that could work with them. Ideally a dome tweeter that we can drill a hole in the speaker grill and mount from the front. I can't imagine a horn tweeter being shallow enough to accomplish this unless I'm mistaken. Also the tweeter will no doubt come with at crossover but the PRV's don't. Can those speakers run full range w/o sounding muddy in that upper frequency range? Trying not to have to use a DSP basically

Agree w SP. dB Drive has some pretty solid & budget oriented stuff hidden in their inventory. Have always had good luck with their tweeters and also their Euphoria line.
DD T2's are also a solid performer. Pretty sure I know a guy with a set for sale and they are also an inexpensive option. I've been running mine for a few years and love them.

Has anyone ever measured the clearance from the face of the HT grill to the dust cap of a speaker in the pod? I know there would be some variance speaker to speaker but at least you'd have a baseline. Also obviously the throw of a PA vs FR speaker comes into play.
Back on topic...I'm running a set of PRV neos in pods with just HP and some eq and they sound decent granted I'm not using a harley HU. I think if you can eq them you can get them pretty close.
