Sony ax5000 and headset

Sony ax5000 and headset
Every spec I have read states this unit will stream audio from the head unit to sena bluetooth headsets. I cannot get it to connect to the sena or any other bluetooth headset or ear buds. Has anyone got this to work and if so how?

After contacting Fat Head Cycles where I bought their ax5000 kit I have been told the ax5000 WILL NOT connect to a bluetooth headset like the Sena 20s. Very disappointing as I was excited to lose the Harley factory radio and gain Android Auto. I did a lot of research on the forums and internet and found a few posts and articles where people talked about this being able to stream music to a headset. The Law Abiding Biker website / podcast specifically states this unit has headset functionality. Don't be fooled....it does not. For the record Fat Head Cycles has been awesome to work with so far.
