Default Amp output voltage

I might have something screwed up but cant figure out what I'm missing. I've adjusted gain with a multi meter before, but on this PBR300x2 I cannot get any measureable voltage on the speaker outputs. Anyone have any idea whats up? Its brand new fresh out of the box, its powered on, everything seems to be normal

If you can pack that amp back up and return it as it will only be a matywr
of time before you have magic smoke coming from it.

Are you using a 1K test tone? Meter set to AC volts? All switches on proper settings? Just a couple ideas.

I realize its not the best, but its what I got at this point. I just need aome basic tunes I'm not looking to out do anyone. Just want to listen to some tunes now and then. I had a B52 it lasted about 5 weeks and died. Cerwin Vega wouldn't warranty it because I didn't have the serial number which was covered by the Velcro they supplied (couldn't get it off without destroying the sticker)

Turn on switch set to remote? Verify + and - on terminals and remote.
Did you measure voltage coming out of the head unit to the amp?
