Mmats 601 and 801 power handling (non coaxial)

Hi everyone,

I want to know how much power can these speakers handle, I am planning to give 200w for each speaker, will they handle this power or I should go lower.
The speakers are 8 ohms and I am planning to connect the in parallel bridged to a 4 ohm SD400.4 amp.

First, is my calculation correct, and will this work with them if calculations are correct.

Your calculations are not correct. Bridged power on the 400.4 is only 200 watts per side which give you 100 watts per speaker when parallel bridged.

Sorry the amp is a 800.4 evox 4 ohm

The speakers you mention only need 75-125 each to shine.

So my 800.4 amp will be too much for them will the 400.4 will be good for the setup, and do you have any experience with these speakers. If yes, I would like to know what do you think about them.
