Hey all, I have a 2016 EG. I am installing the Sony XAV-AX7000. I have locations for 6/6.5" speakers and 2/6x9's. The two in the front fairings top and bottoms, and the two on the tour pack, the 6x9's are on the lids. I have one 4 channel amp a Rockford Fosgate PBR300x4. How can I properly wire all 8 speakers to the amp and head unit? Do I need an additional amp? Do I wire the speakers in series or parallel?

Thanks for any help.
Speakers choice will help and your not going to get any love for that amp on here. Let us know what speakers and model numbers so the right amp/s can be recommended.
They are Polk audio DB652 and two DB692. Not serious speakers like I know some of you guys have but for me they are priced good and sound pretty good. I found it difficult to find 6.5" marine grade speakers that aren't expensive. If there is an alternative that is priced right I am open to the suggestions. I have been trying to research how to correctly install everything (somewhat mechanically and electronically challenged) It literally took me 8 hours one Saturday to install the radio I have now. I have been googling and cannot seem to find anything that explains how to wire them together. Do I need to use two 4 channel amps? One for the front and one for the back speakers? I appreciate the feedback and knowledge. Thanks!
