In my 2018 Street Glide I have a T harness that uses a Axxess AXLOC4M-80 4-Channel Line Output Converter, Can I use this to hook up the RCA input cables for the ARC Audio PSM?
Also, I have 8 gauge postive and negative power wires from the battery to my amp. Do I need to run new wiring to the battery or change I get my power for the PSM elsewhere?
Not sure about the LOC. The PSM requires power and ground back to battery ( recommended) also you have an accessory wire which is switched power for turn on ( probably get that from cig lighter or accessory plug in fairing) also a remote wire goes to amp for power up. They recommend the DSP power up the amps.

Agree. ARC power and ground go to battery. Accessory wire to cig lighted or the accessory plug up behind ur volt gauge. The HD MOCO sells $10 harnesses that will allow u to plug into that and then butt connect to it aka not cutting into upstream HD wires.
Make sure that the accessory source turns on the PSM and then the amp trigger wire is energized by the PSM or u will get loud pops during in and off.
If u want to have a tune for parked and a tune for riding u can set up those to wires as well and acc will drive the parked preset and ign will automatically drive a riding tune.
Regarding the ARC input, feel free to use the speaker wire inputs into the ARC via the harness that was provided. It seemed to bring less floor noise for a few folks. If not, a simple PAC SNI 15 sows the trick.
Master gain of prob -13 or greater depending on what amp ur using and what u input volt selections are.
No prob. Glad to help. These guys here are awesome and helped me out a bunch, just paying it forward. FWIW the ARC PSM can be a little tricky at first, but eventually it will all make sense. I'm still learning mine, take your time you'll get it..... Have fun!
i have a psm in the new ( new to me ) bike i just bought. i chose two volts as the voltage out to my amplifier. is this a wise choice or would i he better off choosing a higher voltage and lowering the amps gains as well as master gains on dsp? it sounds pretty good like it is but tbh i haven’t tried it any other way so i don’t have anything to compare the present set up to! any help or info is greatly appreciated

I always ran 2 v on that device and it always seemed to match up fairly well with most amps. If u change it just make sure you start all over with the DMM, DD1, etc.
Im using the AHB t-harness which has rca out. I spoke with Tim there, and he said they are high voltage outs Which according to him would be high level outs. The harness was actually designed around the DSR1 which gives you an option for high and low. Arc doesnt give that option. Its working ok, just gives a little noise if I turn the amp gains up.Was
chasing this for awhile till I found a happy medium.I may switch it out after the season.
