Volume Up Issue
Im not sure if I have a problem or not. My volume button on my 2015 Triglide works down front an back every time I use it. But when I try to turn the volume up it doesnt react. The radio display change to show Ive tried to adjust it if I jiggle the button around it will eventually go up. Years ago I would have sprayed contact cleaner to remove deposits from the control. Is this an issue with my button and has anyone experienced this to. My 09 ultra never gave my an issue. I could adjust volume without taking my eye off the road. This Trike has me guessing all the time whether its going to adjust up. If its the switch I will order a new one. Its not that hard to change.

Your 2015 hand control modules are CAN bus controlled and sealed. You likely won't have any success using a spray cleaner. As you say replacing the complete module is very easy to do but before you do there are a few simple things you could check. Do you have access to the electrical diagnostics manual? If you do have access to the manual you want to check sections "8.4 Front Hand Controls Diagnostics" and "8.1 Audio Specs and Service Functions". Are you throwing any error codes? (DTCs B1314-B1328 relate to the hand control modules, B1315 is the DTC for a stuck up-volume button). You need to enter the service menu to check. PM me if you need more info.
