My Sony (single-din) is clean at 48 out of 50. But I set my amp gains to desired voltage with my HU at 40. Like Babyboy said, that will give you some headroom.
I use the headroom for when I would stream XM from phone. Because the volume and clarity of XM compared to Amazon on my phone is not even close. This gives me the opportunity to turn it up more. And for my own mental health reason, my max had to be at either 40 or 45. I would go INSANE if it was at 42 or 43.

LOL - OCD! - I use to lose it if my wife put the stereo or climate control on odd numbers 😆.
Well my source for tunes will always be with Amazon...no AM/FM for this guy and it don't have a CD player. So 32 it is!
No I don't have that headunit in my personal bike but shocker answered the question for me. LOL.
I have used that HU enough in the past to know the ins and outs of it REAL WELL

Anything I should be aware of? I'm going to be running 2 800.4evox off the front/rear channel using RCA Y splitters. I wanted to use the deck's xover but could only find the settings for the Front channel. I have 2 GZ YB to the front channel & 4 SX 165 Neo's to the back channel.
Amps are in...speakers are connected and I have confirmed amps turn on and noise comes out!
The "hiss" is quite present...even with gains all the way down 🤔. I bridged the GZ and I was listening to them at very low volume for about 30 mins or so and the amp for the GZ was getting warm...not hot but definitely warm...suprised given I was hardly driving them.
Hooked up the trickle charger and will fire up the bike tomorrow & set gains with the O-Scope and report back...have the Kenwood set to HP with 80hz for the GZ & 100hz to the SX 165 Neo's - amp set to FP.
