It looks to me like the problem with that ET826 is that it has a very low resolution LCD screen. I don't see how ANY waveform could be shown precisely. I'm sure it's good for basic AC voltage troubleshooting but for the precise waveforms we are looking for it just looks to be too grainy of a screen to me. Almost like getting a 640x480 monitor when you really need a 1920x1080 one
Being fair to that device it don't actually CLAIM to be an oscilloscope, it says "graphical multimeter" which isn't the same thing.

It was recommended by a couple guys here and they've been using it I believe. And was supposed to be a step up from the one you have and my first one I returned.
But the title on Amazon says "
Oscilloscope Multimeter, 2-in-1 Intelligent Digital Scope Meter Multimeter, Professional LED Handheld Oscilloscope Multimeter with 200ksps A/D Automatic Waveform Capture Function
Anyone know if 226 WRMS will be too much juice to those SX 165 Neo's? I don't think that will be an issue for the Yellow Baskets.
From what I have gathered reading around, I can run the 223 wrms to either set and be fine. I'm going to cross the GZ @ 80hz & the Hertz @ 120hz - leave the HU at Full. Using a MM to achieve 29.86V.
So 24.49v...how will I know if they can take more? Any recommendations on where to cross them?
How about the YB...hit em with the full 223?
If you're not going to run a dsp, I wouldn't push either of those speakers past a safe amount of watts. DSP gives you much more control of which frequencies you "allow" a speaker to output. Without one, pushing the limits of watts to a speaker means there's a greater chance of introducing distortion.

I thought a DSP isn't essential when running 2ch stereo system.
