I’ve got a 2021 RGL with of course the GTS audio. I did the pin jump on the empty WHIM connector so I could use Apple Car Play without the wired headset by just plugging in the phone to the USB. I have a Cardo Black Bluetooth headset system and can control the audio and Google maps etc. through the dash and Cardo headset. My problem is when I get a phone call, the GTS steals the call from my phone. Same thing happens when I tell Siri to make a call. As soon as the phone begins the call the GTS grabs it and my Cardo mic and speakers get disconnected. I completely removed the phone from the bikes Bluetooth setup but it still happens. Does anyone know of a switch or work around for this or am I just a slave to the Harley Sena tax?

I've had similar recently with HDHU.14si and Cardo Edge. Had all manor of issues with bluetooth on my Pixel 6a and so have to keep deleting or resetting the BT settings on the phone, but I digress...
while parked call your handset from another phone and as the call comes in look at your phone.
on mine there is a large bluetooth icon..like the answer/ignore icon. press and you can direct where the call goes (something like cardo/handset/handsfree/head unit).
Select CARDO and from then on the calls will be answered to the headset.
I've found if you don't do this once, then the head unit keeps taking the calls and the world and its wife hears what simply can't wait and must disturb your zen moment on the bike
YMMV

I had the same issue and fixed it by turning off Call Audio in the Bluetooth settings for Boom! Audio on my phone. Now it doesnt grab my calls automatically.
I had something similar going on and figured out it was a Bluetooth priority issue between my headset and the bikes system. I switched to using Active Calls cloud-based call center software for work, and that actually made it easier to manage which device handles my calls because I can control all of it through the web panel, separate from the bikes audio settings. Made things way smoother.
