I forgot one thing they told me to disable a pop-up blockers. I did not have one so no need but maybe you have a pop-up blocker that's blocking the file
I used 32GB flash drive
I did get a copy of invoice
I was on the blower with MOCO and they asked for proof of purchase (invoice, copy of fingerprint, photo of "no map database/dealer database" messages my first grandchild's birth date. They have elevated the situation and .......... I wait.
There are two files listed on the Update do download: one is the MA-25, with a red dot, and the Dlr POI file that has a GREEN check mark beside it. MOCO says that file shouldn't be there and may be causing the issue in that I am only getting that file and not the 11GB map file.

I can't get the map file to show a green check mark and MOCO says this is causing an issue.
Now is the question: What can they do about it?????
Both of those were there from me - nothing else to look for, so, I clicked Install and let it run.

Well I have tried and retried. Continue to format/turn off pop-ups, turn off anti-virus, stand up, turn around, sit down. and get the same results. Download size is about 1GB.
Hope the MOCO can come up with something at some time soon..... I am sure they are swamped...

Once you get to this screen, just press the enter button on your computer. Yes, I said click the enter button. Install is already clicked (highlighted), so, press the enter button

I wasn't able to get the map update file to install. Only the POI update to my24. Went through it with HD customer service and it did not work until I followed the procedure of disabling antivirus and reformatting the usb. and starting from step one again. Believe me I'm not making this up and I know it's happening to the op too.
It only works when both files have green check marks!

I completely agree with you. From what I did, the only way to get the second file to turn green was to: Press the enter button - then the install button

SO SOMEWHERE, SOME WAY I have antivirus still on, or pop-up blocker set incorrectly.
BTW disabling pop-ups does mean BLOCKING THEM, RIGHT?
