Try what cycle 7447 says worked for him. He stated before you click on install with the mouse press enter first on the keyboard then click on install.

It's worth a shot but I couldn't get both files checked until I did what I stated.

there is no ENTER on my screen. Clicking on Enter/Return is the same as clicking on Install.

There is no enter on the screen. He is saying to hit the return or enter key on your keyboard and then click on install...

Well at least the problem is narrowed down to not being able to download the map update file...

Might want to try a different browser... I used Chrome.

Happy travelling. I love the ride over to LG from Toronto and through the Mountains. Have been to Americade at least a dozen times. Not planning on it this year though even though I could make it without my BoomNav. LOL

I spoke with MOCO today and they will let me know by Friday the status of my ticket. It was upgraded to level two.
Not sure we can do any more ourselves, but if you get rained out in LG, p.m. me or email sschklar@me.com and we can have a zoom. Thanks and ride safe. Great place to find accessories, lights, tires, etc.

Issue with NA Map update RESOLVED! Finally I received instructions from MOCO on how to sort out the software issues with my GTS NAV system.
I'm back up and running with the 2025 Naviextras NA Maps.

Thanks for all suggestions, concerns, and support!

Maybe post the instructions from the MOCO in case someone else has issues with the map update and can resolve it with your information.

Had to work with the MOCO after Nav data was corrupted so it was a special case. What resolved it was MOCO providing a KEY to download the European Maps and upload them to my bike. Once this worked (and it did) I then went back to the Toolbox with a new fingerprint and was able to download the NA Maps I had purchased. Without them giving me access to another map set it couldn't have been done. There was no charge, but I lost about 2+ weeks of Nav. All is good now.

What I read about others having to try the download a couple of times is a different issue as that did not corrupt the Nav, just a download issue from Naviextras which I believe is fixed now. HOPE THIS HELPS. Happy to provide more if there questions I can answer.
