Thinking I want to throw away my old HD head unit and just use an amp wired to my Ipod. Also kicking around the idea of installing 1 oval speaker or 2 round speakers where the original head unit is. So I'll need a smallish amp.
Any recommendations for an amp? My factory speakers sound great, so I'll probably keep them in place. I have no idea what kind of speakers they are other than the fact that they are the ones that came with it from the factory.

 

any amp with RCA inputs will do for you.. Rockford PBR300x2 is a small amp physically
