to fool the speaker into thinking its in a more properly tuned enclosure therefore tightening up "sloppy" bass response. Old trick that's been around since long before I was doing this professionally in the early 80s.

this is not an issue with the RF amps. What he's referring to above is the Class D amps that radiates EMI. RF amp is not a Class D amp.
