I hope you will consider editting your previous post so that a reader will not think Scott's bracket is in any respect an inadequate product.
Carl
Please. No one said it was. I said I used it and had to modify it to make it work. I said it was a PIA with 2 amps, and it was. So I see no need to edit anything.
Even after doing the insatll I would still buy the bracket as it was the best one made at the time. But like its been said it was not made for 2 amps, but it can work with modification
I think he gives adequate credit to the amp construction & the customer service !! Sounds like Scott is a heck of a guy !
I'm sure he meant no disrespect Carl. That bracket, for his installation , WAS a pain in the butt !!

He is a great guy and I am not knocking him or his product. Like I said when I told him what I did to make it work he refunded my money which I didn't ask for and he did not have to do. I recommend the bracket all the time. For people doing one amp, its a simple install. For people doing 2 amps with a Sony head unit it requires modification. However even though it was a PIA it is a good base to start with.
I have been using the crap out of my die grinder. I also had to grind down a set of 6x8's to fit in my speaker lids. And had to grind out my bags in order to glass in both my 6" JL subs.
