Can anyone tell me where I can get speaker grills to fit these speaker lids? I have looked high and low and I cannot find any anywhere....this is holding up my time.....
Yep, they are. When' I bought my FLHX I told the chick at the parts desk I wanted the painted speaker lids. Well hell I thought she was going to order the ones were the speaker sets flat, but she order these where the speaker is at an angle. I went to install everything this weekend and I was like uh, oh, I need the grills with these. I wasn't going to need to the grills with the flat ones. So I have been panicking all day until I put the SOS out on the Forum. They have been ordered, paid for, and now I am waiting on the doorbell to ring.
Don't know what you were expecting. HD only sells one set of lid. Unless the dealer you went to also sells Hogtunes stuff, or maybe Cycle Sounds, but those lids don't come painted.
In the parts book there are two sets one is a primed set not painted and the speaker sits flat, then there is the set I have where the speaker sets at an angle.

What page numbers in the parts book are the different sets on?

Yeah I guarantee that's not a HD parts book.
As Pioneer74 pointed out, HD only sells 1 set of lids
