Default Where do I ground amp?

The instructions with the amp shows a picture of a ground point on the brake side of the top triple tree shown from the front. Mine is a 2011 FLHTK and I cannot find that ground point. There is one on the right but I have tried every wrench I have and I can't get anything on it to loosen it, I really can't get to it. I think even if I got a wrench on it there is not enough room to turn it. I'm not really sure what size it is either. Would it be inch or metric? Where else can I ground? The only wire I was given with the amp is not long enough to reach close to the battery. Thanks

The best place to ground the amp is to the (-) terminal on the battery. I used 10 gauge pure stranded copper wire I bought from Home Depot.
