What brand of pads did you use? LC pads yellow is more aggressive then orange is why I am asking.
Di you do the baggie test before claying? Ive done a ton of bikes and only a few had spots that needed claying, never the whole bike.
The reason for the prep wipe down is to remove polishing oils, any wax would have been removed by polishing
I am not sure what brand of pads they were, but yellow one was less aggressive than orange. I did do the baggie test but only on the front. The recommended step was to clay, so I clayed. The body work was super smooth after. Much better. I am glad I did it.
Yes, the IPA spray was to remove the oils. I misspoke in my earlier post. Basically, it cleared everything off.
