Default Mother *******

Someone on here suggested using Mother's Aluminum polish and I will tell you this, the stuff works. My triple tree is/was polished aluminum but now that it is 4 years old, it was tarnished pretty badly. It was a dull looking haze that just would not wash off. A little elbow grease, a dremel type tool with a polishing head on it and it is all clean and shiney. Here is a picture of the top done and the bottom not yet done.

Thanks but probably won't put clear on as I would have to wrap up too much to keep overspray off. Its too easy to clean with Mothers

Adding clear to it will make it a pain in the a$$ to clean it up after bug juice and road debris take it's toll ... Just polish it once in a blue moon ... Nice job.

Get some white diamond polish. A friend showed me this stuff a week ago, get at auto parts store. This was the easiest polish I have ever used. Hardly no elbow grease an makes aluminum sparkle like new.
