This simple calculator may serve 96sled's purpose. And Sled, you need to know your own info first to compare
http://www.sprocketcalculator.com/
OR you could just use your "Texas Instruments"
I know this has been covered before so its just a moan but why the hell does that nut have to be so tight!!,I am using the correct socket with left hand thread bush and the pulley is locked,my electric wrench wouldn't look at it and I broke the end off my 600mm breaker bar without the nut even moving.
I am wary of putting too much heat on it in case the oil seal gets damaged but that seems to be the only way left,so I will give that a go when my new 750mm breaker bar arrives next week, but in all my years of working on mostly Jap bikes I have never encountered a fastener this stubborn.

In the end it wasn't too bad, just ground a groove 3/4 way through it and gave it a couple of whacks with a chisel and it cracked.

At least my homemade pulley tool worked held out well although it won't be much use for holding the sprocket.

The only thing I am not too happy with is the Bung King rear sprocket which is very thin,I should have realised as it states on the website that it is suitable for 530 and 520 chains, there is a lot of sideways play on the chain and only time will tell if it will get chewed up quickly,I wish now I had gone for the PBI rear but I wanted to get everything from one vendor to save shipping.

I had a trial run with an old 120 link endless chain from a Kawasaki 900 Ninja which seems to have enough free play with my 25/55 sprockets so a new one of those is next on my shopping list.

Would anyone happen to have the part number for the drive pulley nut ?
Thanks
Ian
