Supermeg in the house!
I hope to have the clamp on Wednesday or Thursday. You don't want your video clips to have any rattling do you?
Joys of working at a ski resort... Will be moving in a few months though to warmer climes and will get a new sig pic!
I don't care about videos. They never capture the real sound of an exhaust. I'm more interested in (damn, this is hard to say) your butt DYNO and opinion.
Down to business:
Took a DB reading at ear level one last time with the Python's of 96 without helmet, roughly 101 at slight rev near pipe. Here's a link to the vid. The pipes do sound nice and throaty I'll give them that!

Started to tear down the Python's easy removal but guess what, when undoing the support bracket the thing broke right down the side! Guess it must have been on the verge because I don't see it rattling like it was broken in the vid. This is going to make selling them a bit of a problem...

Bolted in the new support bracket using the bolts supplied. The directions take care to mention that you can cause damage to the engine if you don't use theirs. Reused the stock flanges and clips from the old pipes, removed the O2 sensors and put everything on the new head pipes. Remember not to get antiseize on the sensors. Also replaced exhaust gaskets. The suggestion was given to me that these pipes prefer the standard flat gaskets and NOT the cone shaped ones. The install is pretty straight forward I'd say.
The P-clamp, curious what others have done here... The instructions say to mount the clamp underneath the bracket coming off the cam chest but I couldn't do that with the circular angle of the clamp (wouldn't get flush to bracket), so I ended up sandwiching the bracket between the two pieces. Downside is that when I eventually tightened everything up, the clamp seems to have a gap around the pipe (like it's just a tiny bit too wide), if the ends were together (no sandwich with the bracket) it would be tight. If anyone could take a look or a snapshot of theirs I'd be extremely grateful!
Slid the muffler on to the head pipe outlet along with a clamp. Had to whack it a couple of times with a rubber mallet to get the t-bolts on the muffler to align with the holes on the support bracket. Snug little bugger!

Patience is not one of my strong points! Very pleased to hear that the mid-fwds fit. So, how does it sound, if nothing more then at idle?
