Ha Ha, you are bringing back some not so fond memories! Careful drilling worked for me.

Ouch! Oh man that looks familiar huh Alan haha! Great cheater suede, Chinese tools are no match for German engineering haha. I have an ingersoll rand 2135???? Titanium impact. Don't quote me on the number but I'm pretty sure that's it. It's got a ton of power for a 1/2" gun, check them out on Amazon. Milwaukee makes a hell of an electric impact that's battery powered but they're pretty spendy. I think Matt may have that one. I hope to have one some day, much more convenient then dragging around a hose that loves to get caught on everything. Don't skimp on an impact because a cheap one is worthless when it won't break anything loose. That Jims tool is sweet, no problems spending money on tools.. Cool tools are almost better then cool parts! Now let's hurry up and see the T124hc so you can button up this bullet proof primary, some of us almost forgot what this thread was about!!!

3/4" drive breaker.
Pawn shops are sometimes a good place to get one.

I watched deals for over a year before snagging my impact for $125 bare tool. It's a beast.

Won't work you'd need a 3/4 to 1/2 adapter which would break trying to remove that nut.

A good pipewrench and a pipe on it and make sure you have that bike held down good. Or drill the nut and split it.

Thats the one. I haven't used it on the pulley nut yet but at 1100ft-lb reverse torque it shouldn't sweat it.
