Morning Robby-Not really, hoping maybe I'll get my stuff back from DH and the head porter next week (fingers crossed). Just been cleaning threads on bolts, I did receive the Rocker Lockers so figured I'd give them a whirl, Matt spoke highly of them so figured I'd check 'em out.
Got 4" of snow yesterday so I don't feel too left out for not riding as of yet
Ah well, can't blame a guy for reaching for the newest issue of Penthouse.
I also got the rocker lockers or the DK Customs version. I viewed it as preventative since I didn't have any weird noises that I knew of coming from the rockers. Simple concept that makes a lot of sense though.

It's Friday, time for some pics. Still waiting on the bottom and top ends so spent some more time today cleaning some bolts, took a wire wheel in a drill to them to scrub off some old loctite. I had already cleaned them with brake cleaner but they still needed the harsh treatment to make them like new.
So the engine forum has some smart guys that hang around there, one of them is forum member DJL. I have to admit, it didn't take much prodding from him to persuade me to go a little bigger on the cams and he spoke highly of T-Man. I very much wanted to stick with the 57's that I was running because they are a great cam but I figured that I want to make sure I wring out every drop of power this motor can make so, bam, arm twisted.
One other nicety to throw in the mix, a black HPI, 55mm TB with their 5.3gps injectors. This bad boy I know is gonna do the job, smooth as a baby's bottom inside, fine piece of kit they are.
I ordered this through GMR down in Dallas. Fellow there named Steve is great to deal with and I highly recommend their price.
Anyway, pics:

Very nice! I'm going to have to give them a call. Cant find anyone that stocks em much less has the manifold I need..HPI has yet to get back to me...
Give GMR a call, they'll be happy to hook you up, to get one in black takes about 1 1/2 weeks so just order one now and it will be waiting for you when you get back.
What manifold do you mean?
You guys are doing a good job over there, keep it up
