So I have a 01 FXDXT I upgraded shocks to 14.5 Race Tech reservoir shocks
Now my kickstand is shorter so the bike leans over quite a bit. Who makes a taller kickstand ? any help is appreciated
Wife complained of her Low Rider leaning over so far on the jiffy stand it took a lot of effort to lift the bike to vertical; I added a fraction of an inch to the top of the jiffy stand tab that locates into the slot on the frame and also fitted an oillite bushing in the swivel...now the bike sits closer to vertical when on the stand and the stand retracts cleanly and smoothly every time...pics if needed, but if you look at the stand and swivel you should be able to figure it out.
Same here, My FXDP leaned considerably in stock form when I got it. I added a 1/4" of steel to the flag that engages the frame notch. This lessened the lean angle to what I would consider normal.
Get a hockey puck and drill a hole in it. Mount the puck to the bottom of your jiffy stand. It will cost you about $5 to do. I use hockey pucks when I go camping or have to park it on grass, they work great.

This would probably be the easiest thing. You could use almost anything really with the same result.
Turbine, does it interfere with anything when retracted?
