You're really too kind. My fab skills are mediocre at best.
I have lots of plans for the fall/winter.
Gonna spend the summer riding and mulling over what (if anything) to do about a rear fender or frame trim to cover the rear down tubes.
I'm trying to decide the best way to get a dual disc front end on it. I'm leaning toward a late model 49mm front end.
A 150 front tire and 16" spoked wheel.
Maybe some 3° raked cups for the neck.
Custom riserless (probably) low bars. Drag style or similar.
All new hand controls. Probably Motogadget microswitches. Not sure about levers. Something minimalist.
New grips. Maybe with an internal throttle. If not, single cable.
New mirrors. Probably JM Cones. Maybe Schooners.
New cables.
New calipers and floating rotors.
Probably a custom tank and console delete.
Motoscope mini.
Black rocker covers, I think. I keep going back and forth in my head.
Still want to squeeze the 200 in the back. If possible, without spacing out the primary.
for the rear fender, i would do a short fender solid mounted to the swingarm maybe come up to just past the seat. imo. good work for what you have done.
Yeah, I was thinking something very short. Not so much a functional splash guard as a trim piece to finish off the frame. I was even considering some kind of flat "spoiler". Not sure. Need to get it out of the garage so I can get some distance from it.

Here's an possible option on the "Cheap"...(If want to re-use your 41mm tubes)
"Touring" Sliders and hub. You can work out Dust cover fitment...cut a step in the stop of the slider for the cover or make new covers or maybe run boots...different ways
I have considered it. Haven't ruled it out. Also looking at Deuce CVO sliders and early TC Dyna XT sliders.
The Deuce's CVO (CVO= dual disc) definitely would be "Smoother" than the Touring and also 41mm (if that became an issue). Of course the Early Dyna would require a Tube change also.
