Need some ideas
I'm looking for a fairing to keep some of the wind off me on those long rides and I need saddlebags so I can ride my bike to work. I'd like some hard bags but am open for suggestions. I bought this bike used a while back and it came as you see it. I'd like to keep the auxiliary lights because I like the extra lighting on two lane roads (more noticeable). Any ideas will be helpful.
The aux lights make it tough. Have you considered a removable windscreen? It'll fit with the aux lights and you can remove it in 30 seconds when you're not going on the freeway.
With most fairings I think you'll have to relocate the aux lights. We can tell better if you have a front view.

What year is your bike? Always helps to add that. If you're looking for a full audio fairing there are many companies that make them, including deadcenter cycles. A quick google search will give you more options. If you're into the quarter fairing look HD makes one, Arlen Ness, Connelys, Rifle and JD Customs, seen in my photo below. What type of saddlebags do you want? Simple throw overs? Or?
The bike is an '08 Dyna Low Rider. I'd rather have a Street Glide but it's not in the budget so I want to make it more practical or at least have the ability to pack some gloves, coveralls, safety glasses for work or have the ability to pick something up from the store and ride to work. I also need to get rid of some wind fatigue. My neck starts hurting, especially if I wear a helmet and cruise at highway speeds and I want to address that issue. Getting old is tough.

As far as saddlebags go there are a few companies the make small enough ones to fit between your shocks and turn signals. But, they'll be small. I'd go with getting a sissy bar and luggage rack. Get a few different sized bags to suit your needs. For wind fatigue a quick detach windshield will be cheaper than a fairing. Plus you can take it off in a matter of seconds when you don't need it.
