Drum brake up front?
I know a few folks that would give their left arm for a drum. Most of the owners changed out their drums for disks in the past. Now, they want to return their bikes to "correct" statis, requiring drums. They aren't to be had anymore.
Great looking bike, btw! (The forks are perfect the way they are.) Too big and the bike's look would be out of balance.

 

I was thinking it was already a perfect platform for a bobber.
