Unfortunate update, but all things aside, I'll get through it. Love the power on this bike now though.
The unfortunate part, my rear cylinder has a leak, its enough that its more than a weep. It goes away once operating, but then it cools down and theres a substantial drip from the front of the rear cylinder and oil can be seen along the same, and running down the side of the motor. Gasket didnt seat right or smashed. I can see what looks like pieces of orange ring gasket towards the front in a spot, not sure how it happened, but it did unfortunately.
But, at least ive been in to the bike before so its not as scary this time eh? Everything else is looking ok though.
Where is the leak located at? Base of the cylinder? head gasket? Rocker box gasket? Could you post a pic?
Towards the front of the base of the rear cylinder, left hand side. I’ll try to get a photo taken. Dark out in my shed at the moment. Gasket must’ve torn or didn’t seat right.

Oh, ok. Sounds like the base gasket (o-ring) got torn, pinched or improperly seated somehow, like you say. Bummer.
Pics of the leak, and another where im not sure if you can see it, but the bits of the orange gasket sticking out. Ordering parts today and will work on it next week. But its worth it when it is all done.
Found the culprit today. The small o-ring for the oil return was on the wrong dowel. Smashed flat. Parts will be in Friday, rebuild LOTS less stressful knowing what to do this time around again. Happy it was something simple.

Last update. After tearing the rear cylinder back down, was as suspected. Small O ring was on the wrong dowel on the rear cylinder. Parts arrived and finished putting back together again. Put over 200 some miles on today in the area. Dry as a bone now and no leaking whatsoever. Now just enjoying the power and what she can do.
I may have misread one of your posts, but does this come with the cam bearing install tool? I've got a JS Jack, and a service manual, so this thread has me ready to hit the buy button at Boardtracker, just want to make sure I'd have all the tools needed to get this done right.
