Mchad beat me to it. The TrueFlex Dual connector is what you need. It has two wires going in and one coming out (brake /turn wire and the running light wire), it is designed for going from a three wire to a two wire. You'd need two of them, one for each light.
Those are pre-assembled diode+resistor circuits. The difference between them is the resistor value. That controls the level of brightness for the Park/Run condition. Turn/Brake goes thru the non-resistor leg.
