This is super interesting! Did they provide front/rear/top view drawings and dimensions as well? I wish I knew a shop in my area with similar capabilities.

They did provide another drawing, but it only referenced the shock mounts as viewed from the rear. I wanted to verify the shocks being mounted vertically. I got ****, and had one bushing shaved 0.040” on one side, and 0.060” on the other shock bushing to get the shocks perfectly vertical and 90* to the mounts.

I wanted to do a plug for the Sputhe stabilizers. I did quite a bit of research before picking the Sputhe. I believe though they are only a piece of the puzzle. The adjustable front motor mount was needed by GP Frame in order to get everything aligned. Using his CMM machine, he was able to get everything aligned perfectly. I can remove the links on the Sputhe lower stabilizers, and the alignment won’t change, in other words, no binding. Overall, it was over $1,000 just to do this alignment, as a reference.

I believe the stock motor mounts are a good design. They just need help from the stabilizers, and they part that needs to be replaced as they wear out. I am suspecting the more powerful the motor, the more frequent they need replacement.

Overall, I am very happy with how the bike handles now. It took a lot of money to get there, but it is waaay cheaper than hospital bills.

its only cheap if the speed doesn’t kill/hurt you lol. Enjoy that rocket I have a fxr with a 124 and the only reason it will wobble is because I’m gripping the bars too tight since the damn thing wants to rip me off of it WOT 😂

Tarik,

Here is the other sheet I was referring to. This is viewing the bike from the rear.
