Uptown Ripper
I put in Warm and Safe heated gear controls in March:
In process of installing new phone mount. Thread can be found here:

This last Friday dropped off the bike to RC Cycles. The base of the cylinders are leaking oil, so while getting that fixed, he is going to get the following done:
Shave heads for little more squeeze, maxing out the cranking compression.
Add external breathing.
Shorten up the primary tubes inch by inch to find optimal length with dyno tuning.
After dyno tuning is done, make new bracket to hold exhaust, add Thunderheader collector heat shield, and ceramic coat entire exhaust system flat black.
After talking it over with Ron, I am going to keep the exhaust. While it will add power to the top-end, I will be losing some on the bottom-end, and I am enjoying how the motor has power everywhere, especially down low. Doing the above will optimize the combo. If you don't crank the throttle, it behaves like a stock motor, but turn the wick, watch out. The throttle response is insane. The motor has a lot of engine braking. I know in another thread, cycler was asking about a slipper clutch. I like the engine braking myself. There is nothing like a high compression, short camshaft duration combo for engine braking.
To correct a previous post, the exhaust primary tubes are 1-3/4" stepped to 1-7/8", not 1-7/8" to 2".
Hope everyone is safe during this COVID-19 lockdown.

I got in a motorcycle accident last month on the 25th. I was riding my friend's touring bike and got clipped from behind on the freeway. Tore up my right elbow pretty good, broke my right hand pointer finger knuckle bone into multiple pieces, broke 5 ribs, and had multiple road rash areas on my body. I had my full face helmet on, thank God, because I would probably have been missing my jaw from the damage on the helmet. The bike just laid on its side and ground on the left saddle bag, front fairing, front fender, and shifter peg. No other damage. I got lucky.
Last, some links from other threads related to this build:

I had a brother who died from his head hitting the pavement (long story but it was a vehicle not m/c incident), ruined our family, ruined my life (I could/would have been something had he been here). I've seen countless bodies from explosions in Baghdad, pieces everywhere, I'm not squeamish by any means, there are countless people I'd like to see in pieces and make them into pieces myself, but that's different than seeing noggins hit the pavement when they don't have to.
So, you may have been overall lucky like you say but better than that in this case, you were smart. Have a Happy Birthday eating cake with your jaw on your next birthday!
P.S. Were you smart enough to be wearing gloves?

In the 150 club now, hehe.
Mind you guys, this is with a 248/254 cam, 1.75" stepped to 1.875" exhaust, and dyno'ed on a 90 degree day. RC spent some time fine tuning the exhaust, and you can see the pick-up at the top end. I'll be picking up the bike on Monday, getting it cleaned up, and then have some pics.

The head was machined and nipples where put in the middle of the head, so they are hidden. A copy from what T-man does for his hidden external breather system. Patrick Racing made a CNC program and did this. Big thanks.
