If you know how to pull the fuel line off, pull it off and reseat it. It's also possible the Turn Signal Security Module may have tripped by going horizontal. Turn the ignition on and cycle the run/off switch a few times, turn off ignition. Then try starting again. Did you check to make sure the plugs were connected at both ends. Double check the crank position sensor, left front of engine close to the oil filter.
I pulled the plugs and they are black but not completely fouled out. Plug wires were tight. I can replace the plugs, they are nickel NGK so only a couple bucks each.
