I had a squeak like that on my Evo, many years ago. Turned out to be an exhaust heat shield. Only did it at idle and when hot.
Go get it to squeak again, put your shoe on various parts of the ex pipes. You may find one that quits squeaking once pressure is placed on it. That'll be your huckleberry.

Took off all heat Shields, checked all motor mounts. Can’t figure this out! Only does it when hot.. thinking it has to be internal. Off to the shop I guess

Sounds primary to me, I would change the fluid unless you already have, then I would check the clutch basket.....

watching aposed to listening I could swear it was the horn cover.....

Have you checked the tension on your primary chain or the condition of your tensioner? Probably not the problem but it wouldn't hurt to check just in case.

chain seems pretty tight. 3/8” play if that unless you really push it

It's a 2001 right? So that's a twin cam 88? I have heard of some of the earlier 88''s had cam bearing issues, once again a long shot, but if you've gone over everything else I guess it wouldn't hurt to check.
